Distributor should lead business according to the Law, truthfully fill in the Application of distributors, independently legalize all necessary papers on participation in "Tiens" business and accept obligations on payment of taxes relying from profit.

After reception of beginning the "Tiens" business activity and the distributorship certificate, the applicant becomes the independent distributor/consultant. Between the distributor and "Tiens" company there are no attitudes of "the hired worker-employer". Distributor is not an agent on distribution of "Tiens" production , distributor's rights are limited for that he/she realizes "Tiens" production and recommends new people to participate in "Tiens" activity. On the basis of the accepted system of compensations distributor receives the corresponding fee and other compensations mentioned on Marketing Plan of Tiens Company.

Applicant undertakes to carry out all the items specified in current Rules of work of "Tiens" distributors, and also himself can become the consumer of "Tiens" production. "Tiens" does not bear the responsibility for the negative consequences caused by oral or written promises of any distributor which contradict the requirements specified in the current Rules of work of "Tiens" distributors.

"Tiens" Company undertakes to deliver distributors production of the corresponding standard and quality on the basis of the approved list of production.

The name of "Tiens" company and branches, registered trade marks and an emblem are the property of corporation and protected by the law, without written permission of the company any organization or private person has no the right to use them.

Company has the right to keep the established relying charges according to Rules of "Tiens" from the fee of distributors.

It is forbidden to distributors to sell production of the company on trays, in shops and in other forms of retail trade.

Distributor buys and realizes production under the unique price established by the company, he has not the right to reduce or rise the prices of production.

Distributor should realize production according to documents and the promotional materials made by "Tiens" company. Any distributor without the permission of the company has no right for independently produce promotional materials.

In a case of occurrence force-major circumstances: wars, acts of nature and in other cases when the company or the distributor is not in a condition to execute the contract, - both sides are released from the obligations and do not bear the responsibility side by side.

With the purpose of real performance of the direct realization plan, and according to the Decree on change of rules, company has the right to make updating in "The directory about business with "Tiens". The distributor is obliged to pay attention to these changes and to observe them.

In a case of when distributor is measured to stop work on direct realization, "Tiens" company cancels his registration data and the identification number, unrealized goods is a subject to return during 30 days from the date of purchase.

If product returning occurs after date of calculation (25th day of current month) except for 5 % of gathering for registration, company will keep all fees from the cost of goods which are estimated from this part of transaction (including the fee, already given out to sponsors). Causeless return of production by the distributor means break of the contract with the company, and only after 6-month's break the person can submit anew application for the re-registration into "Tiens" company. Distributor becoming a sponsor, and, hence, tested production and recognized the quality, cannot change bought production.

Duties and the rights of company and the distributor are established by the current Rules. In a case of occurrence of questions at issue all problems will be solved according to the legislation.
